Tunisia vs England 1:2
Harry Kane scored twice as England overcame a stubborn Tunisia in Volgograd. Kane gave the Three Lions the lead after just 11 minutes amid an encouraging start which also saw Jesse Lingard go close. But Kyle Walker’s clumsy elbow on Fakhreddine Ben Youssef allowed Ferjani Sassi to level from the spot before the break. Gareth Southgate’s side looked set for a draw but Kane claimed his second in stoppage time after Harry Maguire’s flick-on.
